Definition and Scope of Service

My Game Zone (hereinafter also referred to as The service) is a gaming platform, which (The Service) is a customized package of the Website and application (hereinafter also referred to as The Original Service) developed/owned by E. B. Solutions Limited (hereinafter also referred to as E. B. Solutions Pvt. Limited or EBS). My Game Zone grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable, right and license to install/browse and use this service solely and exclusively for your personal use. You agree that you assume all the responsibility for (and that My Game Zone has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) your use of the Website/Application, any breach of your obligations under the Terms and Conditions, and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which My Game Zone may suffer) of any such breach. Restriction you agree that you will not, and will not allow any third party to Copy, modify, or distribute the Website/Application for any purpose; Transfer, sublicense, sell, lease, lend, rent or otherwise distribute the Website/Application; Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, translate, create derivative works from or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the service or content that may be presented or accessed through the Website/Application for any purpose unless otherwise permitted; Make the functionality of the service available to multiple users through any means; Use the service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
